2021 Q4 Jobs and Hiring Report
2021 ended on a high note for our graduates! We’re excited to share that our new job seekers are seeing the same steady flow of jobs as the previous few quarters, with an increase in both the median time to hire and median starting salary from Q3.
The data continues to show us that Turing grads are landing in a variety of different roles that offer them benefits, great pay, and flexibility to work from anywhere. If you’re considering a career change into tech, read on past the numbers to learn why now is the time.
The Numbers
In Q4 2021:
- One cohort graduated for a total of 41 new alumni.
- 61 Turing alumni accepted a job during Q4.
- The median time to hire was 49 days from graduation, improving from 65 days the previous quarter.
- Median starting salary of first time hires was $83,200, another increase from the previous quarter at $80,000.
- 65% of jobs offered are fully remote.
