Circles are our student and alumni-led groups that are designed to provide collaboration and support across the program.

Turing School strives to create an inclusive community where our students can feel understood and represented in our spaces.

Circles are our student and alumni-led groups that are designed to provide collaboration and support across the program. Circles can be identity or interest based and are open to any member of the Turing community, including staff, alumni, and current students. Each Circle has nominated leaders who regularly work with the group to plan programming as well as informal meetups.

Adding new Circles is always an option! We welcome any member of our community to create a Circle if it isn't currently represented. Each Circle has the opportunity to collaborate on designing their badge that is issued to each group as stickers and other swag to demonstrate their participation in the group.

Here is a list of currently active Circles and their badges:

Identity-Based Circles:

Black @ Turing - for anyone with heritage connected to the African diaspora.

Joan Clarke Society - for anyone who identifies as an underrepresented gender in tech.
